EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ~~y 24, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 24th day of May, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. and the following members were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7354 RICE STREET WIDENING WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway 126, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 49, within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, from Dumont Avenue to No. Corp. limits; and seeks the approval thereof: NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special provlslons for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved, including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present. The following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
