<br />Extract of Hinutes of Heating <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, rtinnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on 14onday, the 24th day <br /> <br />of May, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7355 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />Aim ORDERING PREPARA'l'ION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROV~vmNT NO. P-82-17 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville, on Fulham Street from Highway 36 Frontage <br /> <br />Road to Terminal Road uy the installation of bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on May 17, 1982, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSI:.'VILLE, .i-iINlmSOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />
