Extract of l'linutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Mirulesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at tne city Hall on Monday, the 24th day of May, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present~ Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution NO. 7358 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING E'OR PUBLIC H.t::A.RIHG OH UIPROVEi,lEbJ'T NO. UL-8l-25 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows~ 1. By resolution adopted November 30, 1981, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a prelim- inary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Avon Street between County Road D and Brenner Avenue, by tne installation of an ornamental street lignt. The Public Works Director ,,,as also directed to include in the report tne estimated cost of the proposed im- provement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection \vith some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered DY the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in tne office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. UL-8l-25. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on June 14, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for tile purpose of nolding a pUDlic nearing on the pro- posed improvement under and pursuant to tne provisions of J.linnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the i'1anager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
