EXTP~.c\.CT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of April, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall and the following were absent: Maschka. Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RRSOLUTION NO. 9289 A RESOLUTION VACATING THE WEST FRONTAGE ROAD OF SNELLING A VENUE ABUTTING 2851 SNELLING AVENUE WHEREAS. after two weeks Dublished and Dosted notice. the Citv Council held a Dublic hearim! to __n__ -- --;I -~--- -- -- - - -- - -- -- .1- -- -- -- - -- .I. -- - -, ..I .I. '-' determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City ofRoseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates that part of the West 27.0 feet of the East 102.0 feet of the Southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies South of a line 252.0 feet South of and parallel to the East-West quarter line of said Section 4 and which lies North of a line 402.0 feet South of and parallel to said East-West quarter line, subject to a 20.0 foot Light Rail and Utility easement over the East 20.0 feet of said West 27.0 feet. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor the~eof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall and the following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
