<br />EXTP~.c\.CT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of April, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall and the following were <br />absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RRSOLUTION NO. 9289 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING THE WEST FRONTAGE ROAD OF <br />SNELLING A VENUE ABUTTING 2851 SNELLING AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS. after two weeks Dublished and Dosted notice. the Citv Council held a Dublic hearim! to <br />__n__ -- --;I -~--- -- -- - - -- - -- -- .1- -- -- -- - -- .I. -- - -, ..I .I. '-' <br /> <br />determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City ofRoseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be <br />beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />hereby vacates that part of the West 27.0 feet of the East 102.0 feet of the Southeast quarter <br />of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies South of a line <br />252.0 feet South of and parallel to the East-West quarter line of said Section 4 and which lies <br />North of a line 402.0 feet South of and parallel to said East-West quarter line, subject to a 20.0 <br />foot Light Rail and Utility easement over the East 20.0 feet of said West 27.0 feet. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mastel and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor the~eof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall and the <br />following voted against same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
