<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />JUNE 14, 1982 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the City Hall in said city on the 14th day of June, 1982, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following Council members were present: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, <br />Curley, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7361 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its April 12, 1982 meeting <br />approved Harry Schroeder's request for preliminary plat at 2585 Hamline <br />Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a public <br />hearing was conducted on Harry Schroeder's request for final plat approval; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving sub- <br />division of plats, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Harry Schroeder's request for final <br />plat at 2585 Hamline is approved with the condition that the final sign plan <br />be approved by the City Planner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by member Curley, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor: All present: <br /> <br />and the follmJing voted against: None. <br /> <br />MiEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
