EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JUNE 14, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 14, 1982. The following members were present: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. and the following members were absent: None. Member Kehr intorduced the following Resolution, and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7362 WHEREAS, the City owns property located at 1015 Judith Street, Roseville, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council concludes that it is in the best interest of the City to sell said property to the highest bidder; and WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the City, and the highest bidder on the property was George J. Reiling, at $15,500.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The City Council of the City of Roseville authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the appropriate agreements and deeds providing for the sale of certain real estate owned by the City, as follows: 1. To George J. Reiling for $15,500, 1015 Judith Street, City of Roseville, subject to road and utility easements over east 32 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Gilbert Reiling addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson, and upon a vote being held thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Franke, Demos, Johnson, and Curley. and the following voted against the same: None.
