EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 14, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 14th day of June, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. and the following members were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7363 ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARY CHANGES AND POLLING PLACE CHANGE WHEREAS, the Legislative District Reapportionment Plan necessitates changes in precinct boundaries, and WHEREAS, the closing of Johanna Middle School requires relocation of a voting poll , NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 1) That the boundaries of precincts 1, 3, 5, 6, and 8 be changed to read as follows: PRECINCT 1 Starting at the intersection of Rice Street and Larpenteur Avenue; thence North along Rice Street to intersection of S.T.H. 36; thence Westerly along S.T.H. 36 to the intersection of Dale Street; thence South along Dale Street to the intersection of County Road "B"; thence West to the intersection of Avon Street; thence South along Avon Street to the intersection of Parker Avenue; thence West along Parker Avenue to the intersection of Victoria Street, thence Southerly along Victoria Street to the intersection of Larpenteur Avenue; thence East along Larpenteur Avenue to the intersection of Rice Street, which is also the point of starting. PRECINCT 3 Starting at the intersection of Hamline Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue; thence East along Larpenteur Avenue to the intersection of Victoria Street; thence Northerly on Victoria Street to the intersection of Parker Avenue; thence East along Parker Avenue to the intersection of
