<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting of Forest <br />Lake, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabu- <br />lated price of $151,296.15. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting for <br />$151,296.15 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above <br />improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
