RESOLUTION NO. 9290 A RESOLUTION VACATING THE WEST FRONTAGE ROAD OF SNELLING A VENUE ABUTTING 2875 SNELLING A VENUE WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City ofRoseville shouid be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; NûW itffiREFûRE, BE IT RESûLVED that the City Council oÎthe City oÎRoseville, :Minnesota, hereby vacates that part of the West 27.0 feet of the East 102.0 feet of the Southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, which lies South of a line 54.0 feet South of and parallel to the East-West quarter line of said Section 4 and which lies North of a line 252.0 feet South of and parallel to said East-West quarter line, subject to a 20.0 ~__¿ T :_.....
