EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of July, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, McGehee, Johnson and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: Pust. <br /> Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION# 10914 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S RE-APPOINTMENT OF <br /> WILLIAM B. MASCHE <br /> TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR A TERM TO EXPIRE IN 2016 <br /> WHEREAS, on October 23, 2006, Mr. William B. Masche was appointed to a term as a Board <br /> Member for the Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville <br /> ("HRA"), that expires on September 23, 2011, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the re-appointment to the <br /> HRA board of William B. Masche, with a term expiring on September 23, 2016; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the City Council <br /> approves the Mayor's re-appointment of William B. Masche to the Roseville HRA Board. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by: Councilmember <br /> and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, McGehee, Johnson and <br /> Roe <br /> and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
