(only call from Mr. <br /> Monson since 2/14/11,three hours before hearing): <br /> "Hi Mr. Ethen,this is Don, City of Roseville. [Uhh] Just wondering if you could give me a call. <br /> [Uhh]Looks like we'll still be going to Council tonight for some of the remaining issues over <br /> there. I see you have gotten rid of the truck, and some of the debris. There a few other things <br /> lefts, so just wanted to make sure you're aware we're still going to be going to that tonight...if <br /> you want to show up. If you have any questions, or[uhhhh],you know,just to let me know what <br /> your intentions are,my number is 651.792.7081. Thank you." <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Mr. Ethen("Homeowner")has steadily acted in good faith in his attempts to meet his civic duties <br /> and responsibilities in a timely fashion; simultaneously balancing other mission-critical <br /> homeowner and fmancial responsibilities,while remaining active in the community. He remains <br /> committed to a successful and agreeable resolution of this matter. <br /> TIMELINE OF EVENTS: <br /> Monday, Feb. 14Th: Mr. Munson admits that there are no neighbor complaints for this case. <br /> Mitigating circumstances due to financial hardship that have caused delays in completion of <br /> correction are duly noted. Immediately after Public Hearing, Mr. Munson agrees to provide <br /> assistance through volunteers to help in the completion of the correction, and shakes on it. <br /> Wed.,June 29Th: Letter signed by Mr. Munson taped to door, stating intent to charge <br /> approximately$5200 for correction. <br /> On or about Wed.June 29Th: One of several calls placed since 2/14/2011 to Mr. Munson...no <br /> answer...voicemail left requesting return call at earliest convenience. <br /> Friday, July 1st: Carbon copy of Jun 29th letter sent in response to 6/29 voicemail. <br /> Monday,July 11Th: Three hours before the start of Hearing: Mr Munson calls, and leaves the <br /> following voicemail message: <br /> "Hi Mr.Ethen, this is Don, City of Roseville.
