<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7379 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-81-20 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-81-20 of the City of Roseville on all that property located at <br />2456 Hamline Avenue in the City of Roseville by the extension of <br />sanitary sewer main and service, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$6.505.00 and the other expenses incu~red or to be incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$1.387.63 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$7,892.63 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 6.372.38 as <br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 1,520.25 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvement <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his <br />
