<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Kehr~ and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7379 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1981, <br />P-80-18, P-80-34, P-80-35 and P-81-2 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Combined Improvement of <br />1981, P-80-18, P-80-34, P-80-35 and P-81-2 of the City of <br />Roseville on Arona street from Lydia Avenue, north to Brenner <br />Avenue~ on Clarmar Avenue from Snelling Frontage Road to Hamline <br />Avenue and on Pascal Street from Clarmar Avenue to Brenner <br />Avenue~ on Brenner Avenue from Snelling Frontage Road to Albert <br />street~ and on Albert Street from Lydia Avenue to Brenner Avenue, <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $188,875.18 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 40.955.45 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 229.830.63 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 170,676.33 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 59,154.30 <br />
