<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7379 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-P-80-21 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />ST-P-80-21 of the City of Roseville on all that property bounded <br />by County Road B on the north, Eldridge Avenue on the south, <br />Hamline Avenue on the east, and a line 130 feet west of Pascal <br />on the west by the installation of storm sewer, bituminous sur- <br />facing, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 78,495.02 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 17,640.02 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 96,135.04 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 69,414.93 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 26,720.11 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />
