<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Kehri and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7379K <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. W-ST-80-20 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />W-ST-80-20 of the City of Roseville on all that property lying <br />north of County Road C, south of County Road C-2, west of the <br />Minnesota Belt Line railroad tracks, and east of Trunk Highway 88 <br />by the installation of watermain, storm sewer, and necessary <br />appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ l:>R :>44. 2~ and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />or to be Incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 43,755.39 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 182.099.67 , an~ of this cost the City will pay $49,007.65 as <br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 133,092.02 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvement <br />
