<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7379 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-80-22 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />ST-80-22 of the City of Roseville on all that property in the <br />area bounded by a line 300 feet south of Millwood Avenue on the <br />south, Glenhill Road on the north, snelling Avenue on the west, <br />and a line 400 feet east of Hamline Avenue on the east by the <br />installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 279,229.10 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 44,134.27 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$323,363.37 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 242.521.58 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $80,841. 79 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />
