<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Kehri and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7379 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />P-80-27 AND ST-P-80-32 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Consolidated <br />Improvement NO. P-80-27 and ST-P-80-32 of the City of Roseville <br />on Eldridge Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Pascal street, on <br />Pascal Street from Eldridge Avenue to Belmont Lane, and on <br />Belmont Lane from Hamline Avenue to Pascal Street by the <br />installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer service, water ser- <br />vice, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary <br />appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 133.922.98 and' the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 34,319.37 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$168,242.35 , and of this cost the City will pay $125,801.96 as <br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 42,440.39 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />
