Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke and Kehri and the following were absent: Councilmen Curley and Johnson. Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7379 RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-27 AND ST-P-80-32 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Consolidated Improvement NO. P-80-27 and ST-P-80-32 of the City of Roseville on Eldridge Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Pascal street, on Pascal Street from Eldridge Avenue to Belmont Lane, and on Belmont Lane from Hamline Avenue to Pascal Street by the installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer service, water ser- vice, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is $ 133.922.98 and' the other expenses incurred or to be incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 34,319.37 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $168,242.35 , and of this cost the City will pay $125,801.96 as its share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 42,440.39 2.
