<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7379 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-8l-6 AND P-8l-8 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Consolidated <br />Improvement No. P-8l-6 and P-8l-8 of the City of Roseville on <br />Cohansey Street from County Road C to County Road B-2 and on <br />Transit Avenue from Cohansey Street to Western Avenue by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 121,434.96 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 43,565.43 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 165,000.39 ,and of this cost the City will pay $ 123,736.40 as <br />its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 41,263.99 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such work against every <br />
