EXTKACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of April, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Wall and the following were absent: Maschka. Member Wall introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9293 RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SUPER AMERICA TO CONSTRUCT A STATION/STORE WITH A CAR WASH AT 2295 RICE STREET. WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City ofRoseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and W1-f.bREAS, said regulations provided that a motor fuei station may be aUowed within the confines of a B-2 retail zoning district as a conditional use; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for a motor fuel station has been requested by Super America for a site located at the northwest comer of Minnesota Street and Rice Street; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of such conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on February 14, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a public hearing held on February 26, 1996, and continued the meeting to gather additional information and later reconsidered the request on April 8, 1996; and WHEREAS, State law requires this permit be issued by virtue of the 60 day rule contained in State Statute Section 1519 adopted by the State Legislature. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit for a motor fuel station within a B-2 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: 1
