<br />EXTKACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, <br />the 8th day of April, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Wall and the following <br />were absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Member Wall introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9293 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SUPER AMERICA TO <br />CONSTRUCT A STATION/STORE WITH A CAR WASH AT 2295 RICE STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City ofRoseville has adopted <br />zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and <br /> <br />W1-f.bREAS, said regulations provided that a motor fuei station may be aUowed within the <br />confines of a B-2 retail zoning district as a conditional use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for a motor fuel station has been <br />requested by Super America for a site located at the northwest comer of Minnesota Street and <br />Rice Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended <br />approval of such conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on February 14, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a public <br />hearing held on February 26, 1996, and continued the meeting to gather additional information <br />and later reconsidered the request on April 8, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State law requires this permit be issued by virtue of the 60 day rule contained <br />in State Statute Section 1519 adopted by the State Legislature. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit for a motor fuel station <br />within a B-2 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1 <br />
