Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: Councilmen Curley and Johnson. Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7379, RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-8l-l9 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-81-19 of the City of Roseville on all that property east of Dale street and south of County Road C in the City of Roseville by the extension of sanitary sewer main and necessary appurten- ances, and WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is $ 1 R OR OQ and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred or t6 ~e lncurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 5,162.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ Lj,L4~.UU , and of this cost the City will pay $ 11,624.00 as its share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 11,624.00 2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the City public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the improvement affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law,
