Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke and Kehr; and the following were absent: Councilmen Curley and Johnson. Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7381 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-82-l8 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 28, 1982, the Council has directed the City public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property in the area bounded by Fulham street on the west, Highway 35-W on the east, State Trunk Highway 36 on the south, and a line 400 feet more or less south of Terminal Road on the north, by the installation of storm sewer and necessary appur- tenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and d~rected to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposeo to be made in the gen~ral manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-82-l8. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on August 9, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
