EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD July 26, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 26th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. and the following members were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7382 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its June 14, 1982 meeting approved David Ficek's request for preliminary plat at 2430 County Road D, and WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a public hearing was conducted on Mr. Ficek's request for final plat approval; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision plats, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. David Ficek's request for final plat at 2430 County Road D, is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Franke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present. And, the following voted against: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA) )SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of said City Council held July 26, 1982, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to approval of final plat.
