EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 26 , 1982 * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 26th day of July , 1982, at 7: 30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Curley,. Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. and the following members were absent: None. Member Frank e its adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 7383 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Roseville to purchase the property located at 1964 West County Road C-2, Roseville, Minnesota, from Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Hebee, pursuant to the terms of the agreement between the Hebees, attached hereto, for the total purchase price of One Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Dollars ($164,000.00) plus Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) in relocation costs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into the purchase agreement with the Hebees, attached hereto, and are further authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to accomplish the sale. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: All present. and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
