<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting of Forest <br /> <br />Lake, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabu- <br /> <br />lated price of $79,720.01. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Tne Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting <br /> <br />for $79,720.01 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br /> <br />above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />tnereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br /> <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br /> <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Franke and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br />. <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
