<br />will be received by the City Manager and Public Works Director <br />until /0 o'clock ~m. on September lO, 1982, at which time <br />they w~e publiclY-opened in the City Hall by the City Manager <br />and City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will <br />subsequently be considered by the Council, and that no bids will <br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond pay- <br />able to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
