<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />Ci ty of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of <br /> <br />August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7391 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-82-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on August 9, 1982, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans anc specifications for Improvement No. ST-82-l8 and has <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br />presente6 such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement No. ST-82-18 shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works <br />
