<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 23, 1982 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August <br /> <br />16, 1982, Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7394 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSSESSMENTS FOR COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1981, <br />P-80-18, P-80-34, P-80-35 AND P-81-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for Combined Improvement of 1981, P-80-18, P-80-34, <br />P-80-35 and P-Bl-2 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel <br />of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis <br />of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with <br />the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, <br />and notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by <br />law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon <br />all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all <br />times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an <br />opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present <br />their 0bjectio~s, if a~y, to such proposed assessments. <br /> <br />2. This Council, having heard and ccnsidere~ all objections <br />so presented, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that <br />each of the lots, pieces and parcels of land enumerated in the <br />
