Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: August 23, 1982 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. After a discussion of the views presented by the affected property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August 16, 1982, Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7394 RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING ASSSESSMENTS FOR COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1981, P-80-18, P-80-34, P-80-35 AND P-81-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for Combined Improvement of 1981, P-80-18, P-80-34, P-80-35 and P-Bl-2 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their 0bjectio~s, if a~y, to such proposed assessments. 2.
