<br />., '2 a (p 0/ 7' 7 <br />/ -' { <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Coc:ncil <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~innesota <br /> <br />Held: August 23, 1982 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of ?oseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August <br /> <br />16~ 1982, Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and movec its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7396 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-29 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Citv Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
