<br />7t/o Cjw / D <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 23, 1982 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August <br /> <br />18, 1982, Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7409 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l0 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
