It is hereby found and determined by this Council that <br />the foregoing amendments are just and equitable to said proposed <br />assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the <br />cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
