EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of April, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Wi ski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wall and the following were absent: None. Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9297 RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A ONE OPERATOR BEAUTY SALON AT 1655 STANBRIDGE AVENUE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City ofRoseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and WHEREAS, said regulations provide that a one operator beauty salon may be allowed within the confines of a R-1 Single Family Zoning District as a conditional use; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for a one operator beauty salon has been requested by Stacey Jean Pittroff of 1655 Stanbridge Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval of such conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on April 10, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a public hearing held on April 22, 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit for a one operator beauty salon within a R-1 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The hours of operation shall be 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 2. Stipulating that there shall be no more than two client cars at a time and that those cars must be parked off street. 3. That the conditional use permit is issued to the applicant only and shall automatically expire upon the sale of the property. 4. That there shall be no product sales on the site except sale of products to individuals at the time the service is rendered if appropriate.
