<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br /> <br />in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of August, 1982, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, <br /> <br />Council Members Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Curley introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7427 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR <br />EXTENSION OF SANITARY Sm'lER <br />I AND I INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, to officially extend the deadline for completing the <br /> <br />Roseville Sewage Works Grant Project for Inflow and Infiltration <br /> <br />Analysis, identified as C 279999 04; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original deadline for completion of said <br /> <br />project was August 31, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the City offically extends <br /> <br />the deadline for completion of said project to February 28, 1983. <br />
