EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 27, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on Monday, the 27th day of September, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7433 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CrnJNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS AND WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $18,800 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer from revenues received from the Golf Course Operations; and WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $159,289 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1982 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $18,800 from $18,800 to -0-. 2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1982 tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 3, 1963 by $110,000 from $110,000 to -0-. 3. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1982 tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 5, 1966 by $49,289 from $49,289 to -0-. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present. and the following voted against same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
