<br />;' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Ci ty Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day <br /> <br />of September, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resol ution No. 7434 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-82-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Farrington Street from County Road <br /> <br />C-2 to Iona Lane and on Iona Lane from Virginia Street to <br /> <br />Farrington Street by the installation of bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on September 22, 1982, is hereby declared to <br /> <br />be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOI'], THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MIm~ESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
