<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br /> <br />in said city on Monday, the 27th day of September, 1982, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br />Countil Member Kehr introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR <br />EXTENSION OF LAKE McCARRON PROJECT <br />FEDERAL GRANT NO. S-005508 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />Minnesota, to officially extend the deadline for completing <br /> <br />the McCarron Lake Project, Federal Grant No. S-005508, being <br /> <br />funded under the State of Minnesota's Pollution Control Agency <br /> <br />Clean Lakes Funding Program; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, officially extends the deadline <br /> <br />for completion of said project to November 30,1982. <br />
