<br />Extract of Mi~utes of Regular Meeting of the <br />City Cou~cil of the <br />City of Roseville, Min~esota <br /> <br />Pursua~t to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeti~g <br />of the City Cou~cil (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Mi~~esota, was duly held at 7:30 o'clock p.m., at the Roseville <br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on October 8, 1984. <br /> <br />Upo~ roll call at said meeting, the followi~g members of the <br />Cou~cil were prese~t: Curley, Johnson, Demos, Kehr, Franke <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Councilmember Demos introduced and read <br />the resolutio~ attached hereto, desig~ated as follows, and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76S9 <br /> <br />. <br />RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A PROJECT <br />WITH ADVANCE CIRCUITS, INC. UNDER THE MINNESOTA <br />MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, GIVING <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR THE ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS TO FINANCE THE PROJECT, <br />AUTHORIZI~G THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FO~ <br />APPROVAL OF SAID PROJECT TO THE ENERGY AND ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the attached resolution was <br />duly seco:1ded by Cou~cilmember Kehr , and upo~ <br />vote being take~ thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Curley, JOhnson, Demos, Kehr and Franke <br /> <br />and the following voted against it: None <br /> <br />whereupo~ said resolutio~ was declared duly passed and adopted, <br />ar.d the i1ayor and Ci ty Mariar.Jer were authorize.j to execute said <br />c.,;:-;olutio::. <br />
