<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 18, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 18th day of March, 1985, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Curley. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7710 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />ST-84-26 AND PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFORE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />March 11, 1985, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the Council on March 18, 1985; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1 . Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br />
