Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 3680, the following property, located at 1800 <br />Trunk Highway 36 and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, LaBelle's Subdivision <br />PIN 09-29-23-43-0004 <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned frOln Limited Business District (B-1) to Retail Business District (B-2). <br /> <br />Section 2.
