-� <br />1�'�, <br />�/.�,,,, <br />Apri128, 2010 <br />Ray and Gwen Stone <br />2379 Victoria Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />RE: Administrative Deviation approval <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Stone, <br />As you know, your Administrative Deviation request to accommodate your proposed garage <br />addition was reviewed last week at City Hall. <br />Members of the review committee have indicated to me that the proposal will not have any <br />adverse impacts on the factors identified for consideration in Section 1013.05 of the City Code <br />and consequently recommended approval of the Administrative Deviation allowing the proposed <br />driveway improvement to encroach up to 3 feet into the required 5-foot setback from the side <br />property line. One review committee member who was unavailable last week recommended that <br />the driveway be graded to slope toward the street and/or the interior of the lot to direct rain water <br />away from the side property line. <br />I concur with the committee's recommendation and have approved the requested Administrative <br />--� Deviation with the condition that the driveway be sloped as described above.
