<br />Ordinance No. 1226 <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 Of the City Code (Zoning) <br />And Amending Ordinance 1124 <br />By Changing the Zoning Map Designation for Property <br />Located at 2887 Snelling Avenue North from <br />B-2, Retail Business District to <br />Business - Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the Planning Commission held a public hearing (PF3073) with due notice on <br />January 13, 1999, the following property is hereby rezoned from B-2, Retail Business District, to <br />Business-Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />2887 Snelling Avenue North (PID 042923140071) City ofRoseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, subject to Highway, the North 150 feet of the South <br />183 feet of the East 500 feet of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (1/4) <br />of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Amendment to Planned Unit Development # 1124. The Planned Unit <br />Development standards/conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all <br />other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code (rezoning of <br />property to PUD) shall take effect upon: 1) passage and publication of this ordinance; 2) <br />execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City; and 3) recording of the <br />agreement with Ramsey County. <br />
