<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1248 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, <br />CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY AT 197 COUNTY ROAD B-2 FROM RETAIL BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT (B-2) TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3A); <br />THREE TO TWENTY FOUR UNITS (PF #3293) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRoseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City ofRoseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration on PF3293, the following property, generally located at 197 <br />County Road B-2, City ofRoseville, is hereby rezoned from B-2, Retail Business <br />District, to R-3A, Multiple Family Residence District; Three to Twenty Four Units: <br /> <br />The property located at 197 County Road B-2, is legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Transit rd Addition, Roseville Minnesota (PID # 122923140076) <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. Development Review Committee review consistent with conditions <br />specified in Section 6.1 of the project Report dated March 26,2001. <br />2. The Metropolitan Council review and approval of the required <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment. <br />3.
