<br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1277 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF ROSEVILLE CODE <br />TITLE THREE, SECTION 301.03 <br />LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: Section 301.03 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Pawn Shop 311 $10,000, plus electronic billable <br />transaction fee of$I.50 per transaction and manual billable <br />transaction fee of $2.50 per transaction. <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its <br />passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 6th day of January, 2003. <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />
