EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11 th day of September 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The following Council Members were present: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe and None were absent. Council Member Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 12017 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED VILLAS OF RESERVOIR WOODS FINAL PLAT (PF23-001) WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council adopted Resolution No. 12009 approving the proposed Villas of Reservoir Woods preliminary plat on July 24, 2023, based on the public record and City Council deliberation; and WHEREAS the proposed final plat is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the proposed Villas of Reservoir Woods final plat, subject to the resolution of the utility easement and based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall create a homeowners association for maintenance of the private storm water BMP, and shall enter into a development agreement pertaining to the public storm sewer improvements. 2. The applicant shall submit payment of the$8,500 park dedication fee before the City will release the signed mylars for recording at Ramsey County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Etten, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe; and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Page 1 of 2
