<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />August 10, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l
<br />through C-7, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that a donation of $3,500 for 1998 and
<br />$1,500 for 1999 from the Roseville Community Bank to the Roseville Police
<br />Department be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that a grant of$500 from Mervyn's of MERVYN'S OF
<br />California to the Roseville Police Department, to fund Roseville's second CALIFORNIA
<br />Youth Police Academy, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-3 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that St. Rose of Lima Church's application ST. ROSE OF
<br />for a Temporary On Sale Liquor License at 2048 Hamline Avenue, for an event LIMA CHURCH
<br />to be held on September 20, 1998 in conjunction with their Parrish Festival,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.

<br />C-4 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Las Vegas Tonight Inc.'s request for an LAS VEGAS
<br />Exemption from Lawful Gambling Licensing Requirements to conduct lawful TONIGHT
<br />gambling activities on August 25 and 27, 1998, at the Lions Shelter in Central
<br />Park in Roseville for American Express' employee appreciation summer picnic
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.
