<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1040 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, RESTRICTING CERTAIN ACTIVITES OF CITY EMPLOYEES BY <br />ADDING PARAGRAPH (3) TO SECTION 254.030. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 254.080 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is amended by adding paragraph (3) to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 254.080 (3). Employees shall give <br />full attention to city business, except that <br />they are allowed to work on such social <br />events that are directly related to city <br />activities, such as holiday parties and <br />retirement parties as approved by the <br />City Manager or as delegated.
