<br />The Village Council of Roseville Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 <br /> <br />That the avove entitled Ordinance as amended is hereby further amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) By striking therefrom Section l2(e). <br /> <br />(b) By inserting in lieu thereof the following: <br /> <br />(e) No ohange shall be made in the boundary line of the distriots or in the <br />use, height, .or area regUla.tion of any district exoept after a public hearing <br />and upon the two-thirds vote of the council. The council may I or upon a <br />petition of fifty percent of the property owners by number within 250 feet <br />of the property to be affected by the proposed change shall, fix a date which <br />shall be not less than ten days or more than f'OrtY days away f'or a hearing <br />upon the subject of' suoh change. Notice of suoh meeting and proposed change <br />shall be posted in at least three conspicuous public plaoes in the village. <br />At the time and place fixed in the published notice the council shall hear all <br />objections and reoommendations relative to such amendment, supplement, change <br />or repeal of the existing provision. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in foroe fran and after its passage and publioation. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council this 2nd day of January, 1951. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />I Attest: <br /> <br />(~~. <br />/ Clerk r <br />
