<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. -'1,/03 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. BY ADDING CERTAIN SECTIONS TO <br /> <br />CHAPTER 167. RELATING TO CRIME. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding to Chapter 167, the following sections: <br /> <br />167. Various Offenses <br /> <br />167.250. Resistinq Arrest: Obstructinq Process. <br /> <br />(1) No person shall willfully resist, delay, or <br /> <br />obstruct a public officer in discharging or attempting to <br /> <br />discharge a duty of his office. <br /> <br />(2) No person shall intentionally obstruct, hinder <br /> <br />or prevent the lawful execution of any legal process, civil <br /> <br />or criminal. <br /> <br />167.260. Destruction or Iniurv to Property. No <br /> <br />person shall willfully destroy or injure any real property, <br /> <br />personal property, residence, building or motor vehicle of <br /> <br />another, nor throw any stone or other missile at any of the <br /> <br />foregoing kinds of property. <br />
