A8? <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-l) TO LIMITED BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT (B-1). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property owner <br /> <br />filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a written <br /> <br />request to rezone from single family residence (R-1) to Limited Business <br /> <br />District (B-1), certain real property hereinafter described lying and <br /> <br />being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission pursuant to due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 2nd day of October, 1972, <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council <br /> <br />meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br />
