ORDINANCE No. 1364 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 1201 -1211, AND 1215 LARPENTEUR AVENUE FROM SHOPPING <br />CENTER DISTRICT (SC) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH <br />AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT (SC). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 08-005, the following property, located at 1201 to <br />1211, and 1215 Larpenteur Avenue and legally described as: <br />See Attachment A <br />is hereby rezoned from Shopping Center District (SC) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) with and underlying zoning of Shopping Center District (SC). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and <br />Zoning Map shall take effect upon: <br />1.
