Keene, Village Clerk, on the 3rd day of <br /> <br />December, 1960, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Annotated, <br /> <br />412.02, Subd. 1, it is hereby <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that Mrs. Betty Whitbeck <br /> <br />be and is <br /> <br />hereby appointed to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term of <br /> <br />Village Clerk, which vacancy was created by the death of said <br /> <br />George W.
